RETURNS & REFUNDS

THE SHORT VERSION

We print every order on demand, specifically for you. That means we don't carry inventory — and we don't accept returns just because you changed your mind. What we do stand behind: quality. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll make it right.


WHAT WE COVER

We'll replace or refund your order if:

  • You received the wrong item or the wrong size
  • Your order was lost in transit

These issues must be reported within 14 days of your delivery date.


WHAT WE DON'T COVER

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
  • Slight color variation due to screen differences — colors may vary slightly between monitors
  • Orders that are still within the normal production and shipping window

HOW TO START A CLAIM

Use the Contact Us Form HERE with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the item showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

We'll respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method — your call.


SIZE EXCHANGES

Because every item is made to order, we can't process traditional size exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Reach out before placing a new order.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already started and we can't stop the order.

Email [your email] immediately if you need to cancel.


REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
